By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

Purchases are governed separately by our Terms of Sale, Return Policy, and Delivery Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, do not use the website.

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, or meet any higher age requirement in your country.

We aim to present our products and Services accurately. However, screen settings, lighting, photography, scale, handmade production, and the natural characteristics of amber and other materials may affect appearance. The product you receive may therefore differ slightly from the product shown in photographs, including in color tone, transparency, texture, natural inclusions, pattern, shape, proportions, or the placement of natural elements. We make reasonable efforts to keep these differences minimal so that they do not materially change the product's overall design, quality, or principal characteristics. Slight natural or handmade variations make each piece unique and are not normally considered defects.

This does not affect your rights if a product materially differs from its description or your confirmed order, is damaged, or is otherwise defective.

Website information may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions concerning descriptions, dimensions, availability, pricing, promotions, shipping, or other matters. We may correct or update information at any time. Any correction affecting an already submitted order will be handled under the Terms of Sale and applicable law.

You may withdraw permission for future promotional use of identifiable customer content by contacting us, unless another legal basis or agreement applies. We may remove user content that violates these Terms.

We do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights and liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other category protected by applicable law.

Subject to the preceding sentence, Aless Amber is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the website, or from reliance on general website content. These website limitations do not replace the rules that apply to a product purchase under the Terms of Sale.

We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, created security or fraud risk, or exposed Aless Amber or others to legal harm. Rights and obligations that by their nature should continue will survive termination.

We may update these Terms of Use. The revised version applies from the stated effective date and will not retroactively change an already accepted order unless permitted by law and agreed where required.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections available under the law of their habitual residence. Disputes are subject to the courts of Doha, Qatar, except where mandatory law permits the consumer to bring a claim elsewhere.

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
