These Terms of Sale apply to purchases of Aless Amber products made through https://www.alessamber.com, by direct remote order, or through another sales channel that refers to these Terms.

Mandatory rights under applicable consumer law continue to apply and take priority over any conflicting part of these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to contract, and be authorized to use the selected payment method. You must provide complete and accurate order, payment, delivery, and customs information. We may refuse or cancel an order for lawful reasons, including lack of stock, an obvious price or description error, failed payment, suspected fraud, sanctions or export restrictions, inability to deliver, or a quantity suggesting unauthorized resale. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount received for the cancelled item within 14 days, subject to any different remedy required by law.
Product descriptions identify the main materials, dimensions, and characteristics to the extent reasonably possible. Because amber is a natural material and some products may be handmade, the product delivered may differ slightly from photographs or samples in color tone, transparency, natural inclusions, texture, shape, pattern, proportions, or the placement of natural elements. Aless Amber makes reasonable efforts to keep these differences minimal and to ensure that they do not materially change the product's overall design, quality, or principal characteristics. Minor differences inherent in natural or handmade materials do not by themselves make a product defective.
This does not affect your rights if a product materially differs from its description or your confirmed order, is damaged, or is otherwise defective.
Dimensions and weights may be approximate. Jewelry should be used and cared for according to any instructions supplied with the product. Passports of goods, authenticity references, packaging, or care materials are included only where stated.
Prices are shown in USD. The checkout or written order confirmation will state whether delivery charges are included. Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices do not include import duty, customs charges, brokerage fees, or taxes imposed by the destination country.
We may change prices before an order is accepted. If a price is clearly incorrect and a reasonable customer would recognize the error, we may reject or cancel the affected order and refund any payment received, subject to applicable law.
Your submission of an order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement only confirms receipt and does not necessarily mean acceptance. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, the sales contract is formed when we send an express order acceptance or dispatch confirmation, or when an authorized partner accepts the order in accordance with a confirmed country-specific arrangement.
We may contact you to verify product details, size, delivery information, payment, or customs requirements before acceptance. Keep a copy of the order confirmation and these Terms.
Available payment methods and any amount due will be confirmed before the order is accepted.

For Qatar, Iraq, or another assisted sale, no arrangement is binding until Aless Amber confirms it in writing. Do not pay any person or location whose identity has not been confirmed through an official Aless Amber communication channel.
Payments may be subject to authorization, fraud screening, exchange-rate conversion, and fees charged independently by your bank or payment provider. Aless Amber is not responsible for a customer's bank or conversion fee.
Except where Aless Amber expressly confirms a duty-paid or all-inclusive price in writing, the customer is responsible for all taxes, import duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, and similar amounts imposed in the country of delivery or order. These charges are set by authorities and service providers, not by Aless Amber, and may be collected before or after delivery.
If you refuse a shipment, fail to complete customs clearance, or fail to pay charges for which you are responsible, we may deduct the resulting return shipping, storage, duty, tax, brokerage, or administrative cost from any refund to the extent permitted by law.
For eligible Iraq orders handled through our authorized Baghdad agent, the agent manages customs, taxes, and import procedures. The total cash amount due and whether it includes all such costs will be confirmed in writing before dispatch. Unless the confirmation states otherwise, the customer should not need to make a separate payment to customs.
Contact us promptly if you wish to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee a change after processing, personalization, or dispatch has begun. Any mandatory cancellation or withdrawal right remains available in accordance with applicable law and our Return Policy.
Made-to-order, engraved, resized, personalized, or clearly customized products may begin production only after your express confirmation and may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation or return where permitted by law.
Delivery is governed by our Delivery Policy. DHL is used in most cases. If another carrier or delivery arrangement is used, we will notify you. After dispatch, we normally send a tracking number or equivalent delivery information.
Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed date. Customs, address verification, security screening, adverse weather, carrier disruption, or events outside our reasonable control may cause delay.
Please inspect the package promptly. Report visible transit damage, missing products, an incorrect product, or suspected tampering to info@alessamber.com within 48 hours, with photographs of the packaging, shipping label, and product where possible. A short reporting period does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Do not discard packaging while a delivery claim is being investigated. We may ask you to cooperate with the carrier, but we remain responsible to the extent required by applicable consumer law.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer bears return delivery and return-country customs costs. Different rules apply where a product is defective, misdescribed, damaged before delivery, or sent in error, and mandatory law always prevails.
We warrant that products will conform to the sales contract and any express description, subject to natural and handmade variations described above. Nothing in these Terms excludes a mandatory legal guarantee or remedy for defective or non-conforming goods.
Any additional Aless Amber commercial warranty must be stated in a separate written warranty document. Normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, improper storage, unauthorized repair, exposure to chemicals or unsuitable conditions, and failure to follow care instructions may be excluded from a commercial warranty where lawful.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or removes mandatory consumer remedies. Subject to that rule, Aless Amber is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by the customer, or for purely business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government measures, sanctions changes, epidemics, strikes, carrier disruption, customs delay, border closure, cyberattack, utility failure, or interruption of supply. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect and will provide any cancellation or refund remedy required by law.
These Terms and each sales contract are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections under the law of their habitual residence. Disputes are subject to the courts of Doha, Qatar, except where mandatory law permits a consumer to bring a claim elsewhere.

If one provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. These Terms, the accepted order, and the policies expressly incorporated into them form the agreement concerning the sale. No third party may enforce the agreement unless mandatory law states otherwise.
